form for filling up 390 for the various posts Interested and eligible
candidates can apply via the prescribed application format before the date 08th
Aug 2013. More details are provided below about age limit, educational
qualification , selection process , how to apply etc .

get Rs. 9300-34800 PB-2+ Rs.4200/-
Grade Pay
Age limit- Interested candidates age
should be between 17 to 40 years.
Note-
Age relaxations will be
extended as per the rules.
Educational Qualification –
Educational Qualification –
1. Interested candidates must have degree in B.sc (Hons.) nursing or B.sc
Post Basic Nursing, Diploma in General Nursing with Midwifery training from any
recognized university and board.
2. A division Nurse (with midwife training) registered with Haryana Nurses
Registration Council, Hindi / Sanskrit upto Matric standard.
Selection Process – Interested and Eligible
candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in written test.

and eligible candidates may submit their application In prescribed format along
with their complete document like Educational Qualification, age and category
certificate by registered post and speed post. At the Secretary, Haryana
Staff Selection Commission, Bays No. 67-70, Sector-2, Panchkula PIN- 134151. Before the 08th Aug 2013.
