Candidates eligibility criteria
1. For the post of General Manager( Operation)- candidates must posses BE/B.tech chemical engineering technology/ and mechanical engineering fromany recognized university.
2. For the post of Deputy general manager(production)- B.E. / B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Pulp & Paper Technology.
3. For the post of Deputy general manager(project)- Graduate in Engineering Degree.
4. For the post of Assistant General Manager(utilities)- B.E. / B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering.
5. For the post of Senior manager(production)- B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Pulp & Paper Technology.
6. For the post of Manager (projects) Electrical- B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
7. For the post of Manager (finance)- Chartered Accountant (CA) (or) Cost and Works Accountant (ICWA).
8. For the post of Deputy manager(HR)- Arts / Science / Engineering Degree and First Class 2 years full time M.A. (Social Work) with specialization in Personnel management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/ HRM.
9. For the post of Deputy manager (security)- Ex-servicemen with minimum qualification of Graduation in the rank of Junior Commissioned Officers.
10. For the post of Assistant Manager(Project) chemical- B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering / Chemical technology / Pulp & Paper Technology.
11. For the post of Assistant manager(projects) mechanical- B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.
Age Limit- Candidates Upper age limit 46 years. As on 01st July 2013.
Selection process- candidates will be selected on the basis of their Experience.
