5.    Fundamental Technical know-how on system trouble shooting 
6.    Excellent communication skills in English language.
7.    Experience should be from voice based technical support desk, supporting Americas/Europe/ EMEA etc Continent customer.
8.     Domestic tech support can be considered post evaluating on Voice and accent of candidate.
