Qualification:- Candidates
must have degree of PG in Agriculture, Forestry, Sociology, Economics or MBA,
PGDM (Preferably with Rural Management, Entrepreneurship Development, Marketing)
or MSW (Master in Social Work) from any recognized university and board.
Selection process: - Selection of the candidates will be
depending on the performance in interview.
