Educational qualification- Candidates must have posses UG - Any Graduate (BA, BBA, MBA,BCA, B.Com, M.Com, B.Tech, BE, )  from any recognized university and board.

Candidate experience- 00 to 02 years

Candidate skills-

     1.  Ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes of issues.

     2.  Demonstrate skill and passion for operational excellence.

     3. Ability to retain composure under stressful conditions, communicate effectively with a wide array of individuals at Amazon, and get the right things done.

    4.   Willingness to work in shifts, any platform & any location,

     5.  Excellent communication skills in English language.
