5. Strong skills in troubleshooting security-related issues involving NTFS, IIS and Active Directory / LDAP and SQL Server.
6. MCSE/MCSD certifications desired.
7. Customer handling experience on technical issue is desired
8. Ability to work through ambiguity and independently when other resources are not available.
9. Good English Communication Skills - Spoken and Written (including technical writing)
10. Strong Trouble Shooting and problem solving skills
