Public Service commission (UPSC) is going to conduct Special Class Railway Apprentices' Examination
(SCRA), 2014 on 12th Jan 2014 for filling up various vacancies at
the post of Special Class
Apprentices in the Mechanical Department of Indian Railway. Interested

Age limit- candidates age should be between 17 to 21 years
only as on 01st Jan 2014.
Application fees:- General and OBC category candidates need
to pay Rs. 100/- in any branch of SBI. And no any fees for other category
candidates.
Educational
Qualification- candidates must have passed minimum Intermediate or
its equivalent Examination from any
recognized board and University with Mathematics and at least one of the
subjects Physics and Chemistry as subjects of the examination. Graduates
with Mathematics and at least one of the subjects Physics and Chemistry as
their degree subjects.
Selection Process- candidates will be select on the basis of
performance in the written test and interview.
