1.     Excellent communication skills.
2.     Good Experience in Hardware Maintenance and Desktop Level Support Ability to Understand and support devices likes Desktops/ Laptops, Printers. Hands on experience in Installation & troubleshooting of Desktops, Laptops, Printer, & Windows based applications Good understanding of Client side applications such as Web Browser, Anti- virus clients, and email clients.
3.     Good Knowledge on OS like Windows etc. Good Interpersonal skills & customer support attitude
4.     Canddiate should be ready to do Field Job. ** Must have a Bachelors degree Must have a stable career background”.
